Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Creative Future. By placing an order with Creative Future you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, it is your responsibility to notify us.

Payments

All payments are handled via. BigCartel which controls all payments securely. When you checkout, you will automatically be transferred to our BigCartel page where you can finish the transaction. We accept credit card and PayPal as forms of payment. All preorders made after March 4 will be sent in mid-April.

Returns

Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from date of receipt. The product must be returned in original packaging. Shipments outside Denmark do not include return label, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by Creative Future. Please note that the customer must keep the original receipt until the product is received.

Ownership

All rights, including copyright, on this website are either owned by or licensed to Creative Future by the involved artists and their galleries. Any use of this website or its contents, especially images that aren’t posted on the press page, including copying or storing them in whole or part is prohibited without the permission of Creative Future, the artists or their gallery.

Shipping

Creative Future sends packages with Post Denmark in Denmark and with Deutsche Post to international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. All orders of one book will not be supplied with Track & Trace – only customers who orders two or more book will be supplied with a track and trace number. 

Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-3 business days, and as a regular service outside Europe 3-5 days. Creative Future accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Shipping times are a guide. Shipping costs vary from country to country. Customer Service is at the customer’s disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on [email protected].

Creative Future reserves the right to request additional shipping costs on orders for multiple items.
